To book your stand
The online floorplan shows stand availability and is as up to date as possible.  However, we do recommend that you telephone the organisers first to confirm the latest situation before you make your booking.

You must then complete the online booking form.  Please note that completion of the form is binding confirmation of your company’s commitment to take the space booked and of your acceptance of the booking terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, which can also be found online.

Upon receipt of your booking form BIBA will invoice you for the total stand cost. 

An exhibitors’ manual containing full details of the conference, shell scheme extras, accommodation, social events and other associated information will be sent to you in due course.
